You'll get 11 hours of professional coaching and games to take your skills to the next level.

4 professional tennis coaches will instruct and work directly with you.
Additional play time
3-6 hours of additional court play time, optional.

You'll receive a personalized 15-minute one-on-one coaching session focused on developing any one individual skill of your choice.

October 3 / Friday (2 hours of tennis + free play time)
- 9 am meet at 96th St & Broadway, Manhattan. (Possible 2nd locations based on where players live.)
- 9:15 am departure
- ~12:30 pm arrive at the Club. (lunch + a warm-up hit)
- 2:30 pm check-in at the hotel.
- 3 pm - 5 pm, 1st tennis session.
- Plus, free play time afterwards till 5:30 pm.
- 5:30 pm -7:30 pm BBQ at the Club - meet the coaches, ask your questions.
October 4/ Saturday (4.5 hours of tennis + free play time)
- 8:30 am - 10 am 1st tennis session.
- 10 am - 12 am rest period or free play. (1-2 courts available for free play, no coaches)
- 12 pm - 1:30 pm 2nd tennis session.
- 1:30 pm - 4 pm lunch + free time or free play. (1-2 courts available for free play, no coaches)
- 4 pm - 5:30 pm 3rd tennis session.
- 7 pm team dinner at top-rated local restaurant.
October 5 / Sunday (4.5 hours of tennis + free play time)
- 8 am - 10 am 1st tennis session.
- 10 am - 12 pm rest period or free play. (1-2 courts available, no coaches)
- 12 pm - 1 pm 2nd tennis session.
- 1 pm - 2 pm lunch break.
- 2 pm - 3:30 pm 3rd tennis session.
- After 3:30 pm if anyone wants to stay longer, there will be 2 courts reserved, no coaches. The Club has showers and changing rooms.
- 4:30 pm departure back to NYC. (Pick up sandwiches for the ride.)
- ~8:30 pm arrival and drop off at 96th St & Broadway, Manhattan. (Possible 2nd locations based on where players live.)

What you need to know
- Cancellation policy
- Until Sept 15th - full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
- Until Sept 22nd - 50% refund.
- After September 15th non-refundable.
- Weather cancelationIf the weather forecast predictions state 100% rain all weekend, the retreat will be canceled. There will be no rain dates. If canceled, the payment will be refunded, minus a $150 administrative fee.
- Adults only, age 21+All players must be 21+ years of age as our activities are adult-focused.
- PricingPricing is per person and includes taxes and payment processing fees.
- Shared roomsSame sex only unless both parties are friends or a couple and agree to share a room.
- No petsThe hotel is pet free.
- The clubhouseThe clubhouse has changing rooms and showers available.
- ParkingThe Cub and the hotel have parking available.
